Princess Glenice Agina is Miss Prairie View USA

Meet Miss Prairie View USA . . .

Princess Glenice Agina is a 20 year old junior majoring in marketing and minoring in Psychology and International Business at Prairie View A&M University. She is the youngest of Glenice Burrell and Harry Agina.

As Miss Prairie View USA she will compete in the 2014 Miss Texas USA Pageant at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel located in uptown Houston, Texas.  The preliminary pageant will be held on Saturday, August 31^st at 7:30p.m., with the finals on Sunday, September 1^st at 3:00 p.m.

Miss Agina is an honor student who is involved in several activities and holds membership and leadership roles in organizations to include the Psychology Club (President), Association of Black Psychologists-Student Chapter, the African Students Association and the Purple Jackets (Publication Relations Chair).  She was the evening wear winner in the 2012 Miss Prairie View A&M University.

Her faith in God is her motivation in life, and she trust that through Him and hard work she will become successful in her future endeavors to own multiple businesses in commerce and fashion as well as a non-profit organization targeted towards young men and women in underserved communities.   Her goal is to serve in the Peace Corps and to obtain the Masters of Business Administration upon completion of the tour of service.

Princess is a very ambitious, outgoing, and dedicated young lady and is determined to make an impactful contribution to this society through service.  She enjoys the company of her friends and family and loves to travel. Throughout her path in life she hopes to inspire others and leave a lasting legacy.

Miss Texas USA is an official preliminary to the Miss USA® pageant independently conducted and produced by The Crystal Group, Inc., under license by Miss Universe L.P., LLLP. of Houston.

Miss Agina welcomes your support and contributions as she does her best to represent the residents of the City of Prairie View in the Miss Texas USA Pageant and other activities throughout the year.
