Dr. Miron Billingsley is the speaker for the Monthly Men's Prayer Breakfast at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church set for Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall of the church at 204 Dooley Street, Prairie View.
Dr.
Billingsley is the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at Prairie View A&M
University, a position he has held since July 1, 2008.
As we will be commemorating the life of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Dr. Billingsley will share his background, training and experiences.
Prior to joining PVAMU, Billingsley served as the vice president of student affairs at Arkansas Baptist College, where he managed student affairs, programming and development. His other experiences include stints at Arkansas Baptist College, Texas Southern University, University of Houston and Langston University.
All concerned men of the community are invited to attend free breakfast and fellowship.
The men of St. Francis also invite you to participate in its Christian Education/Bible Study held on Fridays, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Sunday services begin at 11:00 a.m.
